Here's my one Canonesse for the Order of the Martyred Heart

Weapons, Wargear and Armour: Power Armour, Bolt Pistol, Combi-Weapon
(Bolter-Grenade Launcher), Power Sword, Frag Grenades, Melta Bombs,
Jump Pack, Circlet of Faith

Special Rules: As per canonesse plus the following

Body Guard: Instead of the regular bodyguard for a canonesse a squad
of Seraphim may be chosen. Sister Serena Rose and the squad then count
as a single HQ choice

Hatred of Slaneesh: Due to her history and that of the Order of the
Martyred Heart, Sister Serena Rose is fearless and filled with holy
wrath at the sight of chaos forces dedicated to Slaneesh. To represent
this, as long as forces of slaneesh are on the battle field, Sister
Serena Rose is immune to psychology and must advance towards them and
if possible engage them in close combat.

Mistrustful: An army that contains Sister Serena Rose may not contain
any male troops other than Inquisitors or Space Marines as allies.

Circlet of Faith: This golden circlet was found by Sister Serena Rose
in the secret ministorium armory when her convent on Athena 3 was
attacked. When worn, it surrounds her with a golden light, shielding
her from harm. This gives her a +4 save vs. ALL damage.
